Whether it’s your first step or a continuation of your healing journey, Adam’s compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based approach promises enduring transformation.

Our Approach

We believe in treating every client with respect, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. This approach is based on the person-centred modality developed by pioneering psychologist Dr Carl Rogers. At the core of this approach is the belief that every individual has the capacity for self- understanding and personal growth. As therapists, we strive to create a supportive and empathic environment in which clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In a person-centred therapy session, the client sets the agenda, and the therapist provides a non- directive environment in which the client can reflect on their experiences and work towards greater self-awareness and personal growth.

We are also a strong proponent of interpersonal neurobiology as pioneered by Dr Dan Siegel. This interdisciplinary field of study explores the relationship between the brain, the mind, and human relationships. It integrates insights from neuroscience, attachment theory, and relational psychoanalysis to understand how our early experiences shape the development of our brain and our relationships with ourselves and others. We believe that our social experiences have a profound impact on our biology and that our biology, in turn, influences our social experiences.

For us here at Connecting 2 Minds, the key to healing and growth lies in creating the right supportive relationship and environment. We believe that everyone has the capacity within them for healing and personal growth. with this person-centred and interpersonal neurobiology approach, we offer a safe and empathic space for clients to explore their experiences and work towards greater self-awareness and wellbeing. Reach out to us when you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
